About this tour

This is an active journey to Kyrgyzstan designed for travelers who love combining physical activity with meaningful travel experiences.

The tour is divided into two main parts:
Yoga and relaxation on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul, followed by mountain trekking in the Tien Shan accompanied by an experienced guide with horse support.

Immerse yourself in the rhythm of nature, where majestic mountains meet the endless waters of Issyk-Kul. Crystal-clear mountain air fills the body with energy and harmony, the sky reflects in the mirror-like surface of the lake, and every breath brings a sense of freshness and inner peace.

Morning and evening yoga sessions combined with swimming help restore balance of body and mind, while light excursions introduce you to the unique nature and nomadic culture of the region.

The first five days are dedicated to rest and recovery. Yoga classes take place at a lakeside hotel, and after meditative practices you can enjoy refreshing swims in the turquoise waters of Issyk-Kul, recharging your energy. During the first half of the day, relaxed excursions await you: ancient nomadic sites, cozy yurts, fragrant ayran, and stories from locals about life among the mountains.

After five days of deep relaxation, the rhythm of the journey changes. We head into untouched wilderness: mountain trails, alpine meadows, crystal-clear rivers, and panoramic mountain passes. Trekking through breathtaking landscapes brings a sense of freedom and deep connection with nature. We leave the comfort of the lakeshore behind and immerse ourselves in the raw power of the mountains.

This journey offers a perfect balance of tranquility and adventure, relaxation and movement. Join us to recharge with the energy of nature, gain vivid impressions, and experience a true inner reset — a return to the origins, where every breath is filled with freedom.
