About this tour
Daily transitions from 10 to 15 km. The total length of the route is about 50 km.
Maximum altitude – 3500 m. There are no technical difficulties on the route, participants must be ready for transitions, ascents and descents + 800, – 1000.
Necessary equipment: warm clothes, rain jacket, mountain boots, first aid kit, sleeping bag, backpack, flashlight, flask with water.
The route includes: Fords and passes, Overnight stays in tents, Visiting high-mountain pastures, Visiting ancient mazars, the culmination of the route are magnificent lakes surrounded by mountains. There is no mobile communication on the route
We offer you a walking route from the Mailuu-Suu River valley to the famous Arslanbob. The trekking is not difficult and is within the power of any healthy person. The southwestern slope of the Fergana Range is one of the most picturesque places in the southern Tien Shan. Your trekking will be filled with a variety of mountain views and, of course, a panorama of the Fergana Valley. The route passes through mountain lakes, beautiful gorges, passes, where you will find rock paintings, picturesque cliffs and many grottoes. Along the way, you will have 5 stops and nights in a tent in picturesque places, 3 nights in guest houses.
This route will take you along the ancient paths of nomads and traders through the picturesque places of the Baubash-Ata mountain range, through ancient mazars, alpine meadows to the high-mountain lakes Aina-Kel and Köl-Kupan, located at an altitude of about 3000 m. The lakes are shrouded in myths and legends, their waters, as was believed since ancient times, are endowed with healing properties. The lakes are located at the foot of the Baubash-Ata peak (Weber Peak, 4428 m). The peak rises above the village of Arslanbob, which is buried in the greenery of the famous walnut forests.

Program
Meeting at the airport. Lunch. Trip to the small town of Mailuu-Suu, 215 km \ 4 hours.

Cozy, compact, old European Mailuu-Suu is an open-air museum city with the atmosphere of the USSR. The history of the once secret city is quite rich: from ancient times to important events in modern history. This region was a closed zone in the USSR. Ore was mined and processed here. Perhaps this gave rise to one of the problems in the historical science of Kyrgyzstan, formulated by prof. A.N. Bernshtam about the impossibility of the exact localization of the medieval cities of Selat and Shikit, mentioned in the works of the medieval geographer of the 10th century Al-Maqdisi and in the anonymous author of the 10th century "Hudud al-alam". In the Baubash-Ata ridge there are unexplored grottoes and caves, judging by the ceramics found in them, they were inhabited in ancient times and the Middle Ages. Kugai fortress. Castle and settlement near the Ashvaz stream and others. The city was built by German prisoners of war. Therefore, it intertwined the architecture in the German style and Stalin's monometallism and empire. Visit to the Uranium Heritage Museum of the city. The city has an electric lamp plant. If you plan to visit the plant, you should inform about it in advance. In the vicinity of the city there are magnificent natural landscapes, dinosaur footprints, giant landslides and the beauty of the mountains.
Then a walking route to the Kugai Pass, 1554 m. An easy path to the pass passes through picturesque places. Crossing up the Mailu-Suu Valley. Overnight in tents at the foot of the Mamasere Pass, 2738 m.
The pass offers a stunning view of the picturesque Sere-Suu Valley. Your route runs among canyons, juniper forest, peaks and a clean river. Visit to the ancient mazar Archa Mazar. The surrounding mountain slopes are covered with spruce forests, in one of which you will spend the night today. In the evening, stories around the campfire.
Photo sessions against the backdrop of the lakes. Beautiful landscapes will give you good emotions and impressions. Return to the camp. Overnight in tents.
Overnight stay under the Kyzyl-Alma pass, 2008 m.
Accommodation in a guest house. Rest. National dishes for dinner.
A walk to the small waterfall, an excursion through the walnut forest. After lunch, a trip in retro cars to the big waterfall. Return to Osh. Accommodation in a hotel.
